Solera Holdings Buys Italian Company

Westlake, Texas-based automobile insurance software provider Solera Holdings said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Italian company Autosoft S.r.l., in a move to help its accelerate penetration of the Italian market. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Autosoft S.r.l. provides workflow, damage assessment and claims management for insurance companies, vehicle repairers and assessors in Italy.
