SolarWinds MSP Buys SpamExperts

SolarWinds MSP, the managed ser‪vice arm of Austin-based SolarWinds, said on Tuesday that it has acquired SpamExperts B.V., a provider of email security and email archiving services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. SpamExperts is based in Amsterdam, and was founded in 2005, and provides services for incoming (spam and virus) filtering, outgoing filtering, and email archiving, both on premise and in the cloud. SolarWinds MSP said the buy will help it augment its SolarWinds MSP Mail offering.
