SolArc Acquisition By OpenLink Completes

The acquisition of Houston-based SolArc by OpenLink has completed, according to investment banker ArchPoint Partners. SolArc, a provider of software for commodity management and trading, had announced in October that it was being acquired by OpenLink. ArchPoint said the transaction close on November 30th. No financial details of the buy have been announced. OpenLink is owned by private equity firm Hellman & Friedman Capital. SolArc was venture backed by Technology Crossover Ventures.
