Socialware Ups Funding To $4.2M

Austin-based Socialware, a developer of software used to manage social network policy for businesses, has now raised $4,166,688 in its most recent funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Monday. Details on the funding have not been announced by the firm. Socialware had raised around $2.0M in the round as of September of 2009. Socialware is headed by Chad Bockius. More information »
