Social Dynamx Acquired By Lithium Technologies

Austin-based Social Dynamx, a developer of software used for managing online customer care and social interaction, has been acquired by Lithium Technologies, the company announced this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Social Dynamx' software is used by companies to manage their interaction with customers on the social web. Social Dynamx said it will continue to maintain its Austin offices, and that the entire team will join Lithium. Social Dynamx was founded by Mike Betzer. The firm launched its product in March of this year.
