Skywire Software Acquires Integrated Insurance Technologies

Frisco, Texas-based Skywire Software said today that it has acquired Integrated Insurance Technologies (IIT), a provider of software products and data exchange services for the life insurance industry. Financial terms of the cash deal were not disclosed. Skywire acquired IIT from SelectQuote. Skywire Software is a provider of enterprise software.
