Skinny IT Buys Installation & Service Technologies

Frisco-based Skinny IT, an information technology services provider focused on wireless and cellular infrastructure, said it has acquired Installation & Service Technologies, Inc. (IST), a provider of on-site service and repairs. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Skinny IT said the buy will help enhance its ability to provide on-site deployment for its clients nationwide, including prov iding tailored, on-site services, including surveys, project management, staging and kitting, installations, service contracts and depot repair. Sam Darwish is CEO of Skinny IT.
