SiteStuff Acquired By Yardi Systems

Austin, Texas-based SiteStuff, a provider of procurement and supply chain management services, has been acquired by a California firm, Yardi Systems. Yardi Systems said today that it has acquired SiteStuff, whose products are used by the commercial real estate market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Yardi said that SiteStuff will continue to operate as a stand-alone company in Austin, with its existing management team.
