Silicon Labs Wins Patent Ruling At ITC

Austin-based Silicon Labs reported this morning that it has scored a patent ruling win at the U.S. international Trade Commission (ITC), after an Administrative Law Judge rules that all of the patent asserted against the company's products are either invalid or not infringed. Silicon Labs had been sued by Cresta Technology in February of 2014, over alleged patent infringement related to television tuners.
