Sevin Rosen Portfolio Firm Splunk Files For IPO

One of the portfolio companies of Dallas based venture investor Sevin Rosen Funds has filed for an IPO. San Francisco-based Splunk, a developer of real time indexing software used by companies to help monitor their businesses. Splunk said it is planning to raised up to $125M, trading as SPLK. Other investors in Splunk are August Capital, Ignition Partners, and JK&B Capital.
