Set.fm Acquired By PledgeMusic

Austin-based Set.fm, a developer of technology to help musicians capture and sell live recordings of their performances, has been acquired by London-based Pledge Music, the companies said this week. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. PledgeMusic said it acquired both Set.fm and Noisetrade. All three companies help artists with selling, marketing, and distributing recordings. Set.fm was founded by Matt Peterson.
