Serenova Names CMO, CFO

Austin-based Serenova, a developer of cloud contact center and workforce optimization software, said today that it has named Michelle Burrows as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and David Nelson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Burrows was previously Vice President of Marketing and Analytics at Comcast Business, and also has served at NICE inContact, Rally Software (CA Technologies), Verint Systems and Genesys Conferencing (West Corporation). Nelson was most recently CFO of Periscope Holdings, and also had served at Q2 eBanking, Trillion Partners, Salion, Hired.com, and Merrin Financial, a division of ADP. More information »
