Securus Technologies Buys Primonics

Dallas-based Securus Technologies, a provider of communications products for the prison market, said Monday that it has acquired Primonics, which develops video visitation services for the corrections industry. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Primonics is based in Montreal, Canada.
