Savara Pharmaceuticals Completes Serendex Acquisition

Austin-based Savara PharmaceuticalsSavara Pharmaceuticalssaid it has completed its acquisition of Serendex Pharmaceuticals, a developer of treatments for autoimmune and respiratory diseases, which it had announced in June. Financial details of the acquisition has not been announced. Savara said the acquisition helps strengthen its pipeline of rare respiratory disease products.
