Sabre Launches Eco-Certified Hotel Program

Southlake-based Sabre Holdings is looking to certify environmentally responsible accommodations for consumers, with a new program it announced today called its "Eco-Certified Hotel Program". The travel systems provider said that the program includes over 4,700 hotels who meet the requirements of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. Sabre said the hotels will be identified company wide, on Travelocity, Sabre Red Workspace, Travelocity Business and Sabre Hotel RFP.
