Sabertec Gets Funding For Emissions Technology

Austin-based Sabertec, a developer of technology for reducing emissions from gasoline and diesel engines, said Tuesday that it has raised a second round of funding from a number of investors. Amount of the funding was not disclosed. Sabertec said the round came from individual David Friedsen, former Chairman and CEO of Applica; Francis X Tierelli, former CEO of Herbalife and Chairman and CEO of Deloitte and Touche, Italy; and Robert Loughan, Chairman of Dexterra Corporation.
