RF Monolithics Signs Chinese Distributor

Dallas-based RF Monolithics Inc., a manufacturer of wireless connectivity components, announced Monday that Comtech Communications Technology will serve as the authorized distributor in China for RFM and its Cirronet subsidiary, which produces wireless sensor networking modules and devices. The financial impact of the deal was not reported. Comtech specializes in distributing high-tech equipment throughout China. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen and maintains eight sales offices in the People's Republic. In addition to distributing RFM and Cirronet developer kits and evaluation boards, Comtech will provide customer service and technical support.
