RF Code Raises $12.0M

Austin-based RF Code, which develops RFID-based asset management systems, has completed a $12.0M funding round for the firm, according to a regulatory filing by the company this week. The funding looks to be part of a round which was kicked off in March of 2009. Source of the funding was not disclosed. The firm had closed multiple, earlier tranches of funding related to the same round; this particular tranche, based on filings, appears to have been worth $3.0M. More information »
