RF Code Raises $13M, Moves to Austin

RF Code Inc., a manufacturer of RF components, said today that it has concluded a venture capital funding effort and relocated from Mesa, Ariz., to its new corporate headquarters inside the Waterford Centre Business Park in Austin, Texas. The company said that it has raised $13 million in venture capital from QuestMark Partners, Intel Capital, Moshe Azoulay and Hunt Holdings L.P.
