ReTrak Launches Virtual Reality Headset Line

Dallas-based ReTrak said today that it has launched a line of affordable, virtual reality headset products--which work with smartphones--which cost as little as $9.99. The maker of tech accessories said it is offering up four different headset models to enable virtual reality viewing, gaming, and other apps. The new products are similar to the popular Google Cardboard-style of virtual reality headset, which ties together a special set of lenses and straps which convert almost any smartphone into a virtual reality display. ReTrak is led by Scott Ledbetter; the company also makes power bricks and chargers, Lightning and USB cables, earbuds and many other tech accessories. The company's headquarters are in Irving.
