RetailMeNot Buys French Coupon Site

Austin-based RetailMeNot, which recently set the pricing range for its IPO, acquired a French online coupon publisher over the holidays. RetailMeNot acquired ABCYNE SAS, which operates the online coupon site ma-Reduc.com. RetailMeNot said that the new coupon site joins its portfolio of brands in France, including Bons de Reduction.com and Poulpeo.com. The founders of my-Reduc.com, Luc CLement and Jerome Gremez, have joined RetailMeNot's operations in France. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
