Report: Rackspace Go Private Move Would Be Unlikely

A new report today says that the report yesterday that San Antonio-based Rackspace is now considering a go-private move--instead of an acquisition--is highly unlikely. VentureBeat said that an insider--and an analyst at RBC Capital Markets--says that those reports are unlikely. The original report of the private equity consideration came via TechCrunch.
