Remedy Rounds Up $10M For House Calls

Austin-based Remedy, a provider of in-home and in-office urgent care, has raised $10M in a Series A funding, the company said this week. The funding came from Sante Ventures. As part of the funding, both Dr. Joe Cunningham, M.D, and Doug French--both of Sante Ventures--have joined the company's board. Remedy is led by founder and CEO Dr. Jeremy Gabrysch. The company said it offers 24x7x365 video visits with physicians, and house calls from 8am to 8pm 365 days a year.
