Redemtech Nabs Texas-Based PC Asset Recovery

Round Rock, Texas-based PC Asset Recovery Inc., an IT asset recovery and computer recycling company, has been acquired by Redemtech, the IT consulting firm reported Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, Redemtech said it will transition PC Asset Recovery to the Redemtech brand. Redemtech said that its purchase of PC Asset Recovery will grant Redemtech entry to the small- and mid-sized business markets. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Redemtec advises clients on IT asset utilization and regulatory compliance during technology transitions. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Micro Electronics.
