Reddwerks Buys Software Firm

Austin-based Reddwerks Corporation, which develops software for warehouse management, disclosed today that it has acquired Atlanta-based SeayCo, a developer of advanced warehouse control systems and related software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Both firms provide supply chain management softare used in managing warehouses. Reddwerks reported that the SeayCo buy will accelerate its software product roadmap, and extend its reach to complex conveyors and sorters found in large-scale distribution facilities.
