RealPage Raises $300M In PIPE

Richardson, Texas-based software developer RealPage, which trades publicly on the NASDAQ as RP, has raised $300M in a private offering, the company said on Tuesday. The company said it raised $300M in convertible senior notes due in 2022, to un-named, institutional buyers. RealPage said the deal also includes an option for those buyers to purchase an additional $45M in principal. According to RealPage, a portion of the funds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include financing potential future acquisitions.
