RealPage Completes $250M On-Site Acquisition

Richardson, Texas-based real estate software maker RealPage says it has closed on its acquisition of certain assets of On-Site Manager, a developer of leasing software for the multifamily and single family housing market. RealPage paid $250M in cash for On-Site Manager. According to RealPage, the addition of ON-Site will "significantly improve" the company's integration of its leasing products into property management tools like Yardi, MRI, and AMSI.
