RealPage Acquires Rentlytics

Richardson, Texas-based RealPage, which develops software for the real estate industry, said this morning that it has acquired Rentlytics, a developer of business intelligence and performance analytics software for the multi-family real estate industry. Rentlytics was based in San Francisco, California. RealPage said it will buy Rentlytics for approximately $57M in cash. The deal will add approximately $1.5M in revenues in the three months ending December 31, 2018. RealPage said the deal will "contribute immaterially" to its 2018 adjusted EBITDA.
