RealPage Acquires On-Site For $250M

Richardson-based RealPage, the developer of property management software, said late Wednesday afternoon that it has agreed to acquire On-Site Manager, in a deal worth approximately $250M in cash. On-Site is a developer of a leasing and leads management software aimed at the multi-family and single family housing industry. According to RealPage, On-Site is expected to generate approximately $50M in revenues in calendar year 2017, and will generate $9M in adjusted EBITDA for the year.
