RealNex In Asian Expansion

Houston-based RealNex, which develops cloud-based, commercial real estate software, is continuing its overseas expansion, saying on Thursday that it has linked up in a joint venture with South Korean mobile app development company Nomadstar, to help expand in South Korea. RealNex said the joint venture is being organized, funded, and promoted by leading South Korean commercial real estate market participants. Financial structure of the joint venture were not detailed. RealNex only recently announced a similar expansion in Europe.
