ReachForce Raises $5M in Series B Funds

ReachForce Inc., a publisher of on-demand software and data services for business-to-business marketing efforts, announced Monday that it has concluded its second round of venture financing after securing some $5 million in capital. ReachForce credited Greenhill SAVP, a VC firm with more than $100 million under management, with leading the effort. Existing investor G-51 Capital also participated, ReachForce noted. The Austin, Texas-based business said it will use the money to grow its customer base and to develop new products. In a related move, ReachForce said Steve Brotman, Greenhill SAVP's managing director, will join its board of directors. More information »
