RadioTime Ties Into Roku Player, Thanks To Developer

Dallas-based RadioTime, a developer of technology for locating online and AM/FM radio stations, said today that its service is now available on Roku's streaming media player. The firm said that its RadioTime channel is available for free on the Roku streaming media player, as a result of Roku and an RadioTime customer which integrated the two services. Roku said that developer Chris Hagedorn independently developed a way to connect RadioTime with Roku, using Roku's publicly available software development kit and Radiotime's open application programming interface, to allow access to Internet Radio on the Roku DVP.
