Rackspace Names New CEO

San Antonio-based Rackspace said on Wednesday that it has appointed Joe Eazor as its new CEO, effective June 12th. Eazor was previously CEO of Earthlink, and he also had served at EMC, HP, and EDS. Eazor will replace interim CEO Jeff Cotten, who is President of Rackspace. Cotten took the CEO post after is prior CEO, Taylor Rhodes, left the company in early May.
