RackSpace Names CIO, Sales VP

San Antonio-based RackSpace Hosting said this afternoon that it has named Steve Mills as its new Chief Information Officer, and hired Pat Cathey as its new Vice President of Enterprise Sales. The provider of colocation and hosting services said that Mills joins from T-MObile USA, where he was VP of Enterprise Systems. He has also served at BearingPoint, Alex eBanking, Berkom USA, pcOrder.com, and E-Systems. Cathey joins from Avnet Electronics Embedded Solutions, and also had worked at Web Gain, EC Net, and Arrow Electronics, along with IBM and the U.S. Army.
