Q2 Holdings Buys Centrix Solutions

Austin-based Q2 Holdings has acquired Lincoln, Nebraska-based Centrix Solutions, a provider of risk management, treasury, and compliance products, the company said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Q2 said that Centrix will continue to operate on its own, as Centrix Solutions, a Q2 company. Q2 said the acquisition helps it deliver additional expertise and solutions, and strengthens the company's security, compliance and risk management capabilities and offerings. Centrix Solutions is led by Tim Schnell, who continues to run the business.
