Q2ebanking Taps Tech Vets Maples, Schaper For Board

Austin-based Q2ebanking, which develops electronic banking software for community banking organizations, said today that it has added technology vets Mike Maples and Jim Schaper to its board of directors. Maples was most recently at Microsoft, and also served at IBM, and is well known in the Austin technology industry. His board seats include Multimedia Games, Inc., BlueSpace, Digby, Sonic Corporation and Lexmark Corporation. Schaper was the founder of Infor, and also has served at Primis Corporation, Medaphis, and Dun & Bradstreet Software. He is currently Chairman of Lawson Software, and on the boards of Attachmate and Snagajob.com, in addition to being an operating partner at Golden Gate Capital.
