PureDiscovery Lands $10M For Ediscovery Software

Dallas-based PureDiscovery said today that it has raised $9M, as part of a $10M, Series C round of funding. The funding came from Medina Capital. PureDiscovery said the funding will go to enhance its offerings for the legal market, plus taret additional vertical markets. The company also will look to expand its sales and marketing staff with the funds. PureDiscovery develops semantic discovery software used for parse through large volumes of documents.
