Pluck Teams With Partners

Austin-based Pluck, a provider of social media tools for publishers, said Thursday that it has launched an extensive partner program with a number of service providers and technology firms. According to the firm, the partners include Avenue A | Razorfish, Brightcove, Clickability, Endeca, IBM, iCrossing, Interwoven, Resource Interactive, and Saxotech. Pluck said the partner was developed in order to enhance its efforts in social media. Pluck develops SiteLife, which provides ratings and reviews, forums, and other social media features for publishers; the software is being used by such firms as USA Today, Circuit City, Discovery, and others. Pluck is owned by Demand Media.
