Pivotal Software Expected To Price IPO Friday

Pivotal Software, the developer of Agile software development tools which is mostly owned by Michael Dell, is expected to price its IPO on Friday, April 20th. Pivotal has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as PVTL. The Silicon Valley company is 80.8% owned by Michael Dell, including both his individual ownership and companies he controls. Pivotal develops software used in Agile software development processes, and most recently said it would look to sell around 37,000,000 shares of its stock at between $14.00 and $16.0 per share.
