PFSweb Renews $12.5M Credit Facility

Allen, Texas-based e-commerce software and fulfillment firm PFSweb has renewed a $12.5M credit facility with Comerica Bank, the firm reported today. The firm did not disclose terms of the credit facility, but said the renewal goes through March 2014, at terms consistent with its current agreement. PFSweb powers a number of brands and their e-commerce efforts, including brands from Procter & Gamble, Columbia Sportwear, L'Oreal, LEGO, and many others.
