Pervasive Software Completes ChanneLinx Buy

Austin-based Pervasive Software has completed its acquisition of South Carolina-based ChanneLinx, the firm said this morning. The deal was worth approximately $2.6M in cash. ChanneLinx is a developer of web data interchange technology.
