Perot Systems Concludes JJWild Acquisition

Plano, Texas-based information technology services consulting firm Perot Systems Corp. reported Tuesday that it has completed its purchase of JJWild Inc., a provider of integrated health care delivery solutions. Terms of the deal, which was first announced Aug. 13, were not disclosed. Perot Systems explained that it will be able to expand and enhance its MEDITECH Solutions Center thanks to the acquisition of JJWild, which is based in Canton, Mass.
