Perk Now Part Of RhythmOne

Austin-based Perk, the loyalty app and program operator, said it is now officially part of RhythmOne plc, after closing of the acquisition of the company. Perk had announced the deal on December 5th. The deal was worth approximately $42.5M in stock.
