Perk.com Completes AppRedeem Buy

Austin-based mobile rewards provider Perk.com said this morning that it has completed its previously announced acquisitin of AppRedeem. Perk.com had originally announced the deal in September, saying that the stock-for-stock deal is worth approximately $2.5M. Perk.com is led by Ted Hastings. AppRedeem also developed loyalty apps focused on viewing videos.
