PeopleAdmin On The Block

Austin-based PeopleAdmin, which develops cloud-based, talent management software, is on the block, with owner Vista Equity Partners looking to sell the company, according to reports. According to Reuters, Vista Equity is looking to sell PeopleAdmin alongside another portfolio company, PowerSchool. PeopleAdmin was acquired by Vista Equity in 2014. The deal is reportedly being handled by UBS Group AG, and values the company between $2 billion and $3 billion.
