PDI Acquires TelaPoint

Temple, Texas-based PDI, a developer of enterprise software used for the fuel supply chain by the convenience retail, wholesale petroleum, and logistics industry, has acquired TelaPoint, a developer of corporate payment products for fleet operators. TelaPoint was owned by WEX, Inc. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. TelaPoint was based in Louisville, KY, and was founded in 1999. PDI said TelaPoint's software is used to manage inventory, dispatch, and fuel pricing for 77 customers around the world, 150 carrier companies, across 67,000 sites.
