Parker Hannifin Acquires Texas Thermowell

Parker Hannifin, a provider of motion and control technology products, said Monday afternoon that it has acquired Texas Thermowell Industries, based in Beaumont. Financial terms were not disclosed. Texas Thermowell was a unit of Bravura, Ltd., and develops temperature sensing protection equipment used in the chemical processing and petroleum refining market.
