OpenKey Signs Washington DC Hotel

Dallas-based OpenKey, the developer of mobile apps and software which allows hotels to offer up digital keys to their guests, reported a win on Thursday at a historic hotel in Washington, D.C. According to OpenKey, the historic Churchill Hotel near Embassy Row in Washington, D.C. will provide remote check-in and mobile key entry to their rooms using its technology. Financial impact of the win was not announced by the company. OpenKey's apps work on iOS and Android, and work with a large selection of Bluetooth-Low-Energy (BLE) locks from multiple lock manufacturers.
