OnAsset Updates M2M Products

Irving, Texas-based OnAsset Intelligence, which develops wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) sensors, softwar,e and devices, said today that it has enhanced its Vision Software Platform. The firm said it has added features specifically aimed at the shipping industry with its latest release. Among new features of the software are ability to set limits for the temperature, pressure, humidity, light, motion, shock & vibration of transported assets; creation of "geo-fences" to track cargo location; and customized notifiaction and alerts. The firm's products are used by shippers and third party logistics providers to track shipments in the field. OnAsset Intelligence is backed by Main Street Capital.
