NXTBoard Takes On Board Of Directors Management

Austin-based NXTBoard, a new startup aiming to use software to help companies better manage their board of directors, said it launched today, looking to "transform" the way boards work. The startup, led by CEO Jeff Allyn, says it is flagship platform provides a portal to combine board management and strategic planning, with ability to handle collaboration of a board, calendar and scheduling, tracking of time spent in meeting and different topics, recording of minutes, document storage, and much more. The company says it is offering up its product to both public and private companies.
